Resident Feedback Session
Posted on 04/13/2023

JACKSON, Tenn. – The Mayor’s Office Community Development Team will host a Resident Feedback session at South Jackson Community Center on Thursday, April 13, 2023, from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.

"As we work to provide services, develop programs, and implement initiatives to improve the quality of life for Jacksonians, it is important that we consistently engage residents and listen to their concerns,” said City of Jackson, TN Office of Financial Empowerment Director Christiana Gallagher. “We want to address important issues within our respective departments while taking our residents’ input into account and hope that this session will be the first of many to be held across the city."

"We look forward to thoughtfully engaging with members of our South Jackson community and gaining insight into what issues and concerns residents feel are most important,” said City of Jackson, TN Neighborhood Services Director Abby Palmer. “This pilot feedback session will help inform and improve initiatives that directly impact and benefit our Jackson community and its residents, and we hope to have a great turnout."

The session will give residents the opportunity to provide feedback to a few of the services and initiatives offered by the Mayor’s Office, such as public art, Office of Financial Empowerment, and more. All residents of South Jackson are encouraged to attend this feedback session.
