Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Industrial Development Board of the City of Jackson (the “Board”) will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022, at 12:00 Noon in the main floor conference room of Alexander Thompson Arnold PLLC, 227 Oil Well Road in Jackson, Tennessee. At such meeting there will be status reports and possible action regarding pending projects and other matters including a proposal for a new tax increment financing district and selection of Board legal counsel.
