Animal Services in Jackson is comprised of two sections: Animal Control and the Animal Care Center which are housed in the same facility and work together to enforce the City Ordinances and preserve the welfare of the citizens of Jackson -- including animals. The Animals Services Department handles all manner of domestic animal concerns and complaints inside the city limits of Jackson and manages all city-sponsored animal related community programs.
